Step into Florida’s past… and experience it come to life.

Join us for A Day in Old Florida, the inaugural living history event at the Florida Agricultural Legacy Learning Center. This immersive, family-friendly experience brings together stories, skills, and cultures that shaped Florida—from Native American life in the 1400s to Florida cow hunters of the 1800s, and the many communities in between.

Throughout the day, guests can explore interactive demonstrations, meet historical interpreters, visit encampments, and discover unique goods at the Trading Post—all set against the natural beauty of our 460-acre property.

Saturday, October 17 – Open to the Public (10 AM – 4 PM)

Admission is $10 per person.

Students who attend Friday’s School Day are invited to return on Saturday for FREE.

WHAT A WONDERFUL DAY AT THE COUNTRY MARKET! 🌾❤️

A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who joined us yesterday—and to our amazing local vendors, farmers, makers, food producers, families, friends, and four-legged friends who make this monthly gathering so special!

The weather cooperated, the community showed up, and our vendors shared their wonderful products, talents, and hard work. We even heard that one of our regular visitors travels all the way from Orlando to enjoy our market! Now THAT is local-market love! 🚗❤️

We love the Country Market because it’s about more than shopping. It’s about supporting small businesses, discovering handmade goods and farm-fresh foods, meeting local makers, enjoying delicious treats, and spending time together outdoors on our beautiful 460-acre property.

And the bounce house? It was hopping all day long! 🎪😄

In a world increasingly spent behind screens, there’s something pretty wonderful about getting outside, letting the kids play, bringing the pups along, supporting our neighbors, and making memories together.
