First Americans Museum is immeasurably grateful to Governor Bill Anoatubby for his years of advocacy and service. Governor Anoatubby has been an anchor point for First Americans Museum since our journey began over three decades ago. Since 1994, he has championed our mission and ensured excellence worthy of a world-class museum – all while upholding the sovereignty and culture of the Chickasaw Nation and stewarding its more than 82,000 citizens. His dedication to public service has created better outcomes for his nation, this museum, and Oklahoma at large. We thank him for his decades of servant leadership.
