Down Creek Gallery Down Creek Gallery is a fine art shop located on Silver Lake on Ocracoke Island.

We are back to our regular fall hours this week - Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 4pm.

Now to the good stuff! I picked up a small restock from Hatteras Island artist, Stephanie Kiker. As you can see the blue Ocracoke Lighthouse design is very popular! We have her ceramic tiles, cutting boards, stickers, coasters, prints, wood art, and much more.

Stop in to see Stephanie’s full collection of fun and colorful artwork.

Michael Hopko's blown glass octopuses have been swimming out of here so fast that I haven’t had a chance to post when they arrive. We currently have one small walking octo in the cotton candy color available for $320. And as always, we can ship directly to you!

Four of the new style webbed octos will be arriving soon and those will be the last of the glass creatures for the season. We will post them as soon as they arrive.

The gallery is open for a couple of hours today. Stop in if you need to kill some time waiting for the ferry or just need to get out of the house. I will be here until about 2ish.

Pumpkins! Pumpkins! Pumpkins!

We have a fresh batch of hand-blown glass pumpkins from Hayden of Virgil’s Art Glass in Asheville, NC.

Hayden has sent large and small pumpkins in a variety of new and fun colors that are perfect for fall and holiday décor. Pictured is just sampling of colors available. Please keep in mind colors will look different in front a window vs on a tabletop. As always, they look much better in person!

Hayden has also restocked us on stemless w**e and ch*****ne glasses and glass ornaments. Stop in to see all of Hayden’s gorgeous glass work!
