1935 The Clearlake Lodge (also known as the former Brown Mansion 1906) in Nice, California. For a short time between 1915 and 1917, it was a YMCA camp. Henry Springe owned it during the 1920s and it was called Lakeshore Villa. It also had a short history as a boxing retreat during the 1950s. Later, it was remodeled in 1979 by Trendwest and at present is a Wyndham Worldmark Timeshare Resort. It is a shining star of our north shore community.
