Time is running out. The last three days of honoring and celebrating Harriet Hershey, the artist of Nebraska City in the late 1800s and early 1900s. One who supported education with her time and encouraged students through creativity. One who shared her art with the world at the world’s fair in 1883. One whose students grew up to be well known artist of their time. One who was adventurous and took long walks and loved to go fishing. One who enjoyed time with friends and had a way with words and poetry and other writings.
