Due to planned maintenance, The Baker Museum will be closed Tuesday-Friday, August 18-21. The museum will resume regular operating hours on Saturday, August 22.

Please note that scheduled events taking place in the museum expansion spaces, including Grand Piano Series’ Narrative Musicales on Thursday, August 20, will proceed as planned.

What a summer for graduating Naples Philharmonic Youth Orchestra horn player Saeanna Feuer!

Selected from among the nation’s most accomplished young musicians, Saeanna joined Carnegie Hall's National Youth Orchestra of the United States of America for an intensive residency, a performance at Carnegie Hall and a tour across Europe, with stops in Germany, the Netherlands, England and Scotland.

As the tour comes to a close this week, we’re proud to celebrate this extraordinary opportunity and Saeanna’s achievements on the international stage. We wish her continued success as she begins the next chapter of her musical journey at the Curtis Institute of Music, where she will pursue a degree in horn performance.

Through her striking circular paintings, Linling Lu—herself a classically trained pianist—transforms music into vivid rings of color that seem to pulse on the canvas. Come see all-new works she created for this exhibition, inspired by Beethoven, Dvořák and Stravinsky, connecting her visual practice with music featured in the Naples Philharmonic Masterworks series.
