We're excited to kick off our 17th annual MTSU Alumni Summer College! 🎉

This year, alumni and friends are joining us from across the country, including Florida, New York, Indiana, Wisconsin, Texas, Kentucky, and throughout Tennessee, for a three-day program celebrating America’s Semiquincentennial. 🇺🇸

Today’s activities include a tour of the The Heritage Center of Murfreesboro and Rutherford County, a presentation on the Music of Liberty with Angela Tipps of the MTSU School of Music, and a special Taste of 1776 dinner featuring cider from alumni-owned Morning Glory Orchard. Guests will also enjoy a discussion from MTSU Honors College Dean Dr. John Vile, appearing as James Madison, fourth president of the U.S. and father of the Constitution!

As we begin another memorable Alumni Summer College, here’s a look back at our friends from last year’s program at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU)! 💙
