Origami, the traditional Japanese art of paper folding, gives children a hands-on way to connect with Japanese culture. Instead of simply learning about another culture, kids get to experience a small piece of it with their own hands. They can learn that origami has a long history in Japan and that paper folding can be used for art, decoration, gifts, celebrations, and storytelling.

We are SO excited for all our big kids to start a brand-new school year—but whew, are we going to miss those little faces! We're open until 6p so come see us after school?

In the meantime, this is the PERFECT time for our littlest friends to come play, explore, and take over their favorite spaces without the big kids zooming around!

While the big kids are busy learning in their classrooms, it’s the perfect time for our youngest learners to come explore, discover, and PLAY! 🧸✨

Because here, play IS learning.

Through play, little ones are:

💬 Practicing communication and language
🤝 Learning how to share, cooperate, and navigate friendships
🎨 Exploring creativity and self-expression
