For our new wedding exhibit, we are looking for wedding photos!

Please feel free to email them to: [email protected] or drop them off at the Morton Grove Historical Museum on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays between 10 AM and 3 PM.

Now open starting on Father's Day from 1-4 PM, our new exhibit features bridal gowns and the history of the floral industry in Morton Grove. Wedding dresses from the 1800’s to the 1950’s are on display, including greenhouse histories from the Poehlmann’s to the Lochner’s.

The museum is open the third Sunday of each month and during the week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 10am – 3pm.

It's with profound sadness that we announce Donna Hedrick passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2026. She was a long-time member of the MGHS who served as a volunteer, board member, Treasurer, Vice-President and President over the years. Below is a picture of her. She will be dearly missed.

The Morton Grove Historical Museum is open today until 4 pm. This is the last Third Sunday that we’re open for the Morton Grove Women’s Exhibit that continues through May 7, 2026.
