The Blackstone Valley National Heritage Corridor Commission lists the Asa Waters Mansion as "the finest example of Georgian Colonial style in the country." The Mansion is not only one of the most beautiful buildings in Millbury, it has a proud history –part of the "Underground Railroad" during the Civil War, it is registered on the National and State Registers of Historic Places. Lovingly restored

to its original splendor, the Asa Waters Mansion provides a stately setting for community gatherings, wedding, seminars, and parties.

✨ Welcome Our 2026 Vendors! ✨

This Summer’s Market is set to kick off next week, June 18th, running from 3:00pm-7:00pm, and continuing on the third Thursday of each month through October, concluding with the Mansion’s Annual Fall Fun Day celebration on October 18th.

This season already features an impressive and expanding lineup of vendors offering everything from farm-fresh produce and locally sourced goods to handcrafted jewelry, artisan soaps and candles, baked goods, chocolates, coffee, barbeque, and more. Guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy offerings from local breweries, specialty food vendors, and talented craftspeople representing the region’s vibrant small business community.
