⛪ Monday’s Memories: A Community of Faith
For generations, Midlothian’s churches have been places where our community has gathered—not only for Sunday services, but for weddings, baptisms, funerals, festivals, dinners, celebrations, friendships and countless family milestones. ❤️
This special section of the Midlothian Historical Museum preserves some of that history.
One wall is dedicated to St. Christopher Catholic Church, now St. Augustine, with photographs and memorabilia that help tell the story of the parish through the years. Another display remembers several of the other churches that have called Midlothian home—some of which are still part of our community today.
Looking at these photographs, programs, anniversary keepsakes and other pieces of history reminds us that a church is so much more than a building. It's the people who walked through its doors and the memories they made there.
