✨ An Evening to Remember at Mexico Point Park! ✨

The Mexico Historical Society had a wonderful time hosting our recent "Dessert Picnic" on a beautiful summer evening at MPP! 🍰🌅

Guests and members came together to enjoy sweet treats, great company, and a double birthday celebration: honoring Starr Clark (who turned 233 on August 2nd!) and our very own Mexico Historical Society President, Allie Proud, who turned 89 years young! 🎉🎂

A huge thank you to board member Richard LaCrosse for giving a fantastic presentation on Silas Towne and the Revolutionary War history that took place right here at Mexico Point Park. 📜⚔️

Thank you so much to everyone who joined us to share in the history, community, and summer magic. We appreciate your continued support! ❤️

Many thanks to all who participated in stone cleaning today at Primitive: Jo, Maggie, Cherie, Valerie, Pam, Jeanette, Dave, Sandy and especially our supervisor, Curt! We had a beautiful morning and cleaned lots of monuments and sprayed several more to let Mother Nature work on them for us. The Tullar, Coe, Burridge, Byington, Halsey, Cole, Hotchkiss and other families would be very happy that their monuments can be read again!
