Welcome to the Barn, the 1956 Chrysler 300B. Capable of 140 miles per hour, this dual quad icon helped define the early days of NASCAR performance. With just 1,100 ever built—and only about 220 still remaining —the Motte Museum is proud to preserve & display this rare American classic. 🖤✨ Come beat the heat with us & see our newest member this weekend, 10am - 4pm. Admission is Free.

Happy Birthday to the man who started it all, Leon Motte! Did you know that besides farming, photography, cars, and a love of history, Leon was also a pilot? He doesn't just know how to operate Impalas and tractors - he can fly planes, too! During his time flying he would use the fields around the Motte Museum for take off and landing. A man of many talents 🖤

It was the happiest of Summerweens over at the Motte Museum on Wednesday, July 8th. 🎃🖤 Thank you to Allie, AKA Menifee Mom, for inviting us to be the host venue of her wonderful event that brings our community together with dress up and treats! 🍬 & An extra thank you the hundreds of families and the local businesses who filled our Barn with fun and enthusiasm. 👻✨

At its inception, the Motte Museum was dreamed up by a fistful of farmers who believed that sharing the stories of where we came from, while celebrating the progress of how far we've come, would be the best way to bring people together.

& Every year on the Fourth of July, we get to witness our country do the same.

On this 250th anniversary of the United States, the Motte Museum celebrates the magnitude of freedom and invention that all began with a few people who believed in the power of their community.

So here's to ideas, to history, and, of course, to the Ford truck. 🇺🇸✨
