Special thanks to our youth volunteers. Kenny, Devon and Serena (all rounded up by Board Member Taylor Sambrano) and our five YAC volunteers (Youth Advisory Council, 5th District from Riverside). We are very appreciative for the fantastic potato sack logo created by artist Greg Acree. The honored Starnes family loved it!

What a wonderful day at the museum! Fred T. Perris Day was once again a fabulous success for the City of Perris while honoring the family of Councilman David Starr Rabb. The weatherman was on our side as the sun shone brightly and the wind was a no show. Here are some images to enjoy! Thank you to the entire Rabb family who came out to make this a spectacular day of tribute.
The date was November 18, 2017.
For those that couldn’t attend Bazaar @ the Perris Depot, here’s a glimpse of the day. Surely you’ll want to mark the next one on your calendar (date unknown at this time for 2018). Some of our best vendors turned out for one of those perfect Perris days. On sale were our usual antiques and collectibles, but this time we also added hand crafted wares for the holiday season. Local business La Gare Coffee Roasters was on hand with their amazing coffee and food selections. We had some ‘live’ local vocals by Perris’ own cowboy crooner James Isabel. There were many chances to WIN prizes in our opportunity drawing which helps support our museum.
Some favorites at the Bazaar.
He was a gunslinger, for sure. – but he wasn't a killer.
