Get your tickets now for a special showing of "Jury of Her Peers", the movie made at the Helms Farm! One night only showing on September 19th. Come on out to the Barn Tour at the Helms Farm on that same weekend, September 19th and 20th.

"Jury of Her Peers" is a murder mystery with a comedic twist, inspired by one of Iowa’s earliest true-crime cases: the still-unsolved axe murder of farmer John Hossack in 1900.

Next week at Monday Morning Coffe at the Museum (June 29th), Dr.Tom Jorsch will be visiting. He is interested in chatting about community history. He wrote an excellent paper about one of Madrid's mayors and violin maker, George Crank. Please come and visit! 9-noon.
