🌿☀️*Summer in the bogs! 📸💚

Look at these beautiful summer pictures by Eva Hanrahan 😍 She caught some pretty fun little visitors too!

That big wasp is a Great Golden Digger Wasp—and YES, it’s one of the 'good guys'! 🐝😉 They’re not aggressive, they help keep other bugs in check, and they even help with pollination.

And then there are all the different kinds of bees buzzing around doing their important job—helping our cranberries grow! 🐝🌸❤️

So many tiny workers, all doing their part! Nature sure puts on a great show when you stop and take a closer look. 🌿✨

The cranberry bogs are changing a little more each day! ❤️

August is one of our favorite times to take a stroll on our self-guided walking tour. The berries are growing, the vines are a beautiful sea of green, and there's always something new to discover along the way. Keep an eye out for dragonflies, birds, and other wildlife that call the bogs home!

After your walk, stop by the museum to learn about the fascinating history of cranberry farming, then treat yourself to our famous cranberry ice cream and browse the gift shop for unique cranberry goodies and handcrafted treasures.

Come enjoy a peaceful walk through the bogs and see what this season has to offer!

✨ Our beautiful Red Berry Pattern Polish Pottery has arrived! ❤️

Each piece is handcrafted at Jacek Kalich's factory in Bolesławiec, Poland, making every delivery feel like Christmas morning! We always look forward to opening the boxes and seeing the beautiful new treasures that have arrived for our gift shop.

🏖️ Sandsations Sand Castle Building Contest at the Long Beach approach — happening now through Sunday.

🚂 Clamshell Railroad Days at the Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum — this Saturday and Sunday.

And while you're out and about, stop by the Cranberry Museum! The berries are growing bigger every day as we head into the heart of the season.
