Beautiful Fall Day on Sumday. If you were not here this weekend you missed some spectacular fall weather, On Saturday it got up to 80 degrees and on Sunday it was 75 and a clear sky. Even with the storms yesterday there is still a lot of color here

My new creation in the LMI kitchen. Cornmeal griddle cakes with cinnamon, orange cream cheese swirl. Served with Homemade Buttermilk syrup. It was a hit with the guests! It is a keeper. Having fun creating new recipes - cheers Julie
