Peony ROOTS from Skunk and Thistle Flower Farm. $15.00 each ... varieties include Red Charm, Duchess De Nemours, Karl Rosenfield, Amabilis, Hawaiian Coral, Paula Fay, Monsieur Jules Elie, Coral Sunset and Sorbet. Planting time is now in the Flathead Valley. You want the buds of the flowers or the top of the rootball planted 1" below the soil line. Do not put them in too deep or they won't bloom. These are from the plants used for the customer appreciation this spring. If you liked your free flowers, this is your chance to grow them in your own garden this spring. As of October 12 we have one Amabilis and one Paula Fay left.
