The workout was good, but the memories? Even better. 📸✨

A little throwback to our last Wellness Wednesday: Pilates & Lattes, where movement, connection, and a little fun in front of the camera made for a memorable evening!

Special love to Makaiya of Eleven27 Booths for capturing the smiles, laughter, and beautiful moments we shared. 🖤

And ladies, we’re doing it again! 👀

Join us this Wednesday for Pilates After Dark with Ashley Smith of The Bar Fitness Hub! Think candlelight, R&B vibes, all-black attire, and another evening of movement and connection inside the gallery.

Collaboration canvas workshop with local students from around Clayton county. It was so much fun seeing these students interpreting their creative expression on some well known pieces of art. There is still work to do but the finished products will be available for auction at our next Arte Gras event.
