Chautauqua Art Gallery Chautauqua Art Gallery showcases regional fine art and now offers custom framing. Chautauqua Art Gallery opened in 2018 in Lakewood N.Y.

as a place to create and showcase my original artwork and prints. Over the past 13 years I have regularly shown my paintings at regional and national galleries and competitions, including Women Create - Jamestown NY, Maryland Federation of Art - Annapolis MD, and Chautauqua Annual Exhibition of Contemporary Art - Chautauqua N.Y. I am thrilled to now have a gallery space to call my own. In addition to my own work, I am excited to showcase several other incredible artists, all of whom currently reside in, or have ties to Chautauqua County.

Request for Qualifications – Jamestown Interpretive Map Mural

About: The Jamestown Interpretive Map Mural project is intended to enhance public art in the City of Jamestown while uplifting Chautauqua County Department of Planning and Development’s ongoing economic development efforts. Public artwork is an essential building block in economic development and quality of place, and this project will bring one large mural to the City of Jamestown’s Chadakoin Basin area — providing another asset to our walkable, pedestrian-friendly downtown. This mural will help attract visitors, locals, and tourists!

The strength of WNY’s arts community depends on the people willing to open doors, make room, and bring others in.

Janna Willoughby-Lohr, our 2026 Community Organizer, has spent years doing just that through arts festivals, literary projects, professional development, mentorship, and creative entrepreneurship within her business, Papercraft Miracles s. She's building sustainable pathways for artists and creatives to connect, learn, and grow.

We’re also proud to recognize Leslie Calimeri, owner of as a 2026 Community Organizer Honorable Mention. Through her gallery, Jamestown Artscape, exhibitions, classes, and community events, Leslie is helping artists reach new audiences.
