We are getting ready for a frightfully fun Halloween celebration, and we need volunteers to help make the evening a success!

👻Join us on Friday, October 30 from 4:00–8:00 PM at the Guild, 22 Chestnut Avenue, Island Heights, and lend a hand with the festivities.

Whether you can volunteer for part of the evening or stay for the whole event, your help is greatly appreciated! 🦇

🎃You’re Invited to a Spooktacular Evening Supporting the Arts!

Get your costume ready and join us for a Halloween Party & Charity Fundraiser on Thursday, October 29 from 6:00–9:00 PM at the Island Heights Yacht Club!

Enjoy a festive evening featuring a costume party, dancing with a DJ, and a raffle featuring curated artwork and items from local businesses and supporters, all while helping support the OCAG and our mission to keep the arts thriving in our community.

Fellow artists, dear friends of the Guild and patrons of the arts, we need your help now more than ever.

The Ocean County Artist Guild has had quite the journey since it was formed in 1957 and acquired our Victorian house in 1974. We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for artists and musicians of all skill levels from all over the state and beyond.

We are consistently looking for new types of classes and workshops to offer at low cost to our members.

However, as a non-profit, we are struggling. As much as we all love our home- the Victorian Lady born in 1880 on the corner of Chestnut and Ocean in Island Heights NJ, it’s expensive to maintain and keep running. Not only does the house need repairs it’s challenging to cover our general operating expenses.

Through our various art and music events, and simply being engaged in the local creative community, we created partnerships that will lead to fundraising opportunities.

Our board members are actively applying for new grant opportunities but if approved, we won’t receive the funding until 2027. To be able to continue to stay afloat and keep membership and gallery rates affordable, we need your help.

October is bursting with art, creativity, and community fun at the OCAG! We've got exciting events, special celebrations, and plenty of opportunities to get involved!

🏆 Congratulations to Our September People's Choice Winners! We're celebrating Zenka Sommers, Barbara Marsh, and Danielle Archdeacon for their award-winning artwork!

🎃 Halloween Fun for a Great Cause! Join us October 29 at the Island Heights Yacht Club for our Halloween Party & Charity Fundraiser! Costumes, dancing, raffles, and a wonderful evening supporting the arts await!

👻 Volunteers Needed! Help us bring some Halloween magic to the Guild on October 30!

🎄 Calling All Artists & Crafters! Vendor opportunities are available for our December 5 Winter Craft Market!

🎨 Call for Art: Submit your work for our Wings exhibition at Icarus Brewing by October 2! Opening Night is October 6.
