What happens when a piece of Texas history gets a new chapter?

Join us October 15th at 5:30 p.m. as Kara Froelich shares the story of Mortar & Pestle of Texas, a historic 1905 pharmacy lovingly transformed into a unique bookstore celebrating the stories, art, and culture of Texas.

Hear how this special space was brought back to life, discover the history within its walls, and learn about Kara’s vision for this chapter. We may even have a special guest or two!

Light refreshments will be served. Free and open to the public.
