You don't have to move to LA or New York to be an artist. 🎨 You just need the room to try. And that's what Page Gleeson is bringing to High Point!

Meet Page—art teacher, lifelong High Point local, and the creative force behind Studio 136, a gallery and working studio space right here in the Social District. What started as napkin sketches as a child turned into a mission: build the space she wished existed when she was starting out.

Now, four in-house artists call Studio 136 home, each room as unique as the artist who fills it. Walk in and you won't just see finished pieces — you'll see the process. The charcoal dust, the half-done canvases, the community being built one collaboration at a time. ✨

"There is opportunity for you here. We just have to make it. For these upcoming artists especially, our new and developing artists, I really want to be a supportive hand so that they don't feel lost or excluded," says Page.
