Science and art go hand in hand, and we don't like to argue with science. Studies have shown how art affects our brain in positive ways and to add to that, when we participate in creative activities with friends our bodies like to co-regulate. We work to offer a variety of workshops and classes for you to choose from, and we love to approach everything from a Bob Ross state of mind “The secret to doing anything is believing that you can do it. Anything that you believe you can do strong enough, you can do. Anything. As long as you believe.”
― Bob Ross
