Something ✨new✨ is up in our entrance gallery!

Last week preparators Matt Oates and Lauri Kobar installed a still life by Spanish artist María Blanchard, guided by paper templates of the fellow Cubist paintings and sculptures that will surround it. This group hang evokes the dense displays of salons, the annual Parisian exhibitions where such artworks were originally viewed.

Visit "Community and Exile: Artists in Paris, 1910–1939," on view through September 11, 2027.
