Located on 33 acres along the Fox River, the Museum is open year-round and also offers daily train rides from May through September (and weekends in October), special events and educational programming.

Thank you to those who participated in our recent Brown County Federation of History Organizations History Days program "Becoming a Dining Car Chef: A Railroad Cooking Class". These classes were hosted by our curator, Daniel Liedtke, and participants were able to prepare a recipe, learn about dining on the rails, see examples of railroad china, and even take a tour of a railroad dining car! This is a fun blast from the past! Check out these photos of the Brillion Pioneer steam locomotive, Chicago & North Western No. 7411, and Lake Superior & Ishpeming Nos. 63 and 62. These classic passenger cars were a familiar sight to visitors in the 1970s, and they’re just as iconic today! Visit us and check them out in person! We're open:

- Monday, Wednesday-Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesdays 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
