It’s fun to see the variety that our artists are creating. The unique mug on the left is by Steve Yarnall, who also creates beautiful wood-fired work. Janet Greer has also created some lovely wood-fired platters, complementing her cream colored cup and plate sets in the background. There is lots more one-of-a-kind work on display in our Frederick gallery.

Yesterday, while I was working at the gallery, a customer asked if we had anything with an octopus theme. She asked in a tone of voice that said “I can’t believe you would have such a thing”. Well, we did have such a thing! I was able to show her Abbie Greer’s (Snail Ink Studio) wonderful octopus shot glasses and even more.
