She's my talk-to-every-day buddy and pal! That's one of many great things about A New Leaf Gallery; every artist knows every artist. Think about that a minute. We support one another. We encourage and inspire each other. Many are friends outside the gallery because the gallery brought us together and we click! When we work our shifts, we work for every artist in the gallery. Every sale is celebrated by every artist. Every compliment in the absence of that artist is passed on to that artist. Think of us like a bouquet...we all bring something to the vase.

Today's artist is Bronwen Valentine ! We've featured individual works of hers time and time again, but seeing her display full of color and precision is something to behold. Originals, prints on canvas, paper prints, cards, magnets, stickers, and even UMBRELLAS!!! We have it all, and 2 Sundays per month, we have Bronwen herself! Do come by! 💚🌱💚

Today's artist focus is Linda Rash Lucas Edlund and the work she currently has on display in the gallery. I feel a fall vibe in this palette. I know, I know...don't rush it...but it is and always has been my favorite season. I like the way these colors make me feel. Do you? Come see them in person! For those who are new, we are a small gallery woven into the tapestry that IS Floyd, VA. We are currently at full capacity with 15 member artists displaying year round and several guest artists that change from time to time. We are located INSIDE The Station, the same building as A Little Monkey Business and Troika, only we're inside, not street front. There's plenty of parking on either side of The Station and along the street. Did I mention, we're dog friendly? We're open every day of the week until 4pm. Sundays we open at noon and all other days we open at 10am.

I'm best known for my colored pencil work, but have recently taken up quilling, and also dabble in oil painting now and then. You can find me at the gallery every other Thursday. Come say hello! 💚🌱💚
