"HAUNTED"
This theme implores artists to question the concept of being haunted, feeling haunted, inviting a haunting through visual expression. What time of day, season, colors, subject matter etc. are most present for a haunting to occur?

Is this haunting an idea or an image that won’t leave you alone until you give it form? Is haunted a feeling or mood that you want to invoke or run away from? Reveal what haunts you! Let your moody shadow unfold
in this exhibit and haunt our viewers!

Join us every Monday from 6–8 pm, beginning October 5, 2026, for informal, non-instructional figure drawing sessions with a live, undraped model.

Open to artists of all skill levels, these relaxed sessions offer an opportunity to draw from life, practice, and connect with other local artists. No experience is necessary. Volunteer artists host each session and will be available to offer feedback or guidance upon request.

Every Monday beginning October 5, 2026
6–8 pm
$15 per session
18+ only

Please bring your preferred drawing materials and a drawing board if you have one. Chairs are plentiful, but easels and drawing boards are limited.

Note: Please check the gallery website or social media for closures; cancellations may occur due to holidays, weather or special events.

Congratulations to the seven Fenix artist members who have been accepted in this year's "Our Art, Our Region, Our Time" exhibit at the Alexander Gallery:
Mark Nunez, Chuck Davis, Eugene Sargent, Pat Hennon, Ben Buonaiuto, Beth Stockdell and Susan Idlet.
The exhibit will run from September 25 - December 20, 2026. We can't wait to see!

Congrats Fenix member Ben Buonaiuto!
We are so proud of you. This is a great read about a great artist!

After 15 years as a stonemason, Ben Buonaiuto sculpts busts of cult leaders, a lady with an octopus for hair and a young boy picking his nose working out of a garage studio in Washington County. With the launch of a commemorative Renee Good project, Buonaiuto now makes bronze plaques.
