Local Color Art and Fabrication

Local Color Art and Fabrication Alex Cogbill, local artist and art teacher, is excited to offer art lessons for children of all ages.

Local Color is a metal and wood working shop for sculpture and architectural fabrication, and offers kids' art classes and seminars for adults ranging from welding to painting. Alex graduated from the UofA with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art Education and has over 10 years of experience teaching locally. His passion for art and teaching is what led to the idea of opening Local Color where h

e can instill a love of art to children in the community and spread some local color! In addition to providing kids lessons, Local Color will offer workships and gallery showings for area artists.
