Did you know the moon could blush???? Get out tonight and look up!

Overnight, the Moon will flush shades of copper, rust, and crimson as it passes through Earth's shadow during a deep partial lunar eclipse.

While this eclipse falls just short of totality, the view could be striking. At maximum eclipse, 96.3% of the Moon will be immersed in Earth’s umbra, its dark central shadow, creating a scene that closely resembles a total lunar eclipse: a darkened Moon glowing shades of red and copper against the night sky, with only a narrow sliver remaining brightly lit.

We will be closing at 1pm today August 5th. There is a water leak in our neighborhood and water will need to be shut off for the repair. Don't fret! Jacobs is on it and we will be open for business tomorrow.
