This is a CALL FOR ART for our upcoming winter show!

SMALL TALK will focus on smaller pieces of at - up to 14in by 14in, including the frame, or any sculptural pieces fitting those dimensions! We believe that small pieces can be great conversation starters, or a wonderful way to start a collection! And we all have that one odd wall where only a collection of small works will fit...

The entry period ends Nov 6th so you have PLENTY of time to get your works submitted. Head to https://www.reimaginefairview.com/smalltalk for entry information!

One of our favorite Appalachian sayings is 'When it rains, visit an Art Gallery'! If you're not familiar with that one, you're missing out. It might be a little drizzly this week but Re.Imagine Gallery in Fairview is nice and dry, with enough artwork, jewelry, apparel, and gifts from local creators to keep you occupied all afternoon!

We're open Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 12pm to 4pm. Come and take a look ( or take a fine art class with our friends at ) and make the best of our summer storms!

Don't forget - entries for our upcoming show are open until August 21st!

We are asking artists to enter works that are recycled, reused, and reimagined! Tear up an old work and use it as a base for something new, reinvent salvaged metal as an ornate sculpture, or revive old wooden toys with a new point of view. The world is yours to re-envision!

We are accepting traditional works, sculptures, assemblage, jewelry and more. All works must have a recycled element. Head to reimaginefairview.com and click on the Shows and Exhibits link to enter on the Envision This: From Lost to Found II page!

We are looking back with fondness on a few of the photos from the opening reception of our show honoring David Holt! We had a fantastic time and were so thrilled that David and Ginny Holt we able to join us.

It means a lot to the Re.Imagine team that we were able to celebrate someone who has done so much for Appalachain music, and the pioneers of the genre. David's art and photographs are still on display until August 31st, and you can stop by to learn about his upcoming book 'Mentors & Friends: The End of an Era'

(HUGE thank you to Re.Imagine artist and friend Janet Link, for the photos!)

Our exhibit honoring the life and work of DAVID HOLT is still on display, and will be shown until August 31st!

David is a four time Grammy award winner, a celebrated musician, storyteller, and longtime collaborator with the late Doc Watson. Best known for preserving and performing traditional Appalachian music, David has spent decades documenting the mentors who shaped him. His name is synonymous with American folk tradition, and the championing of Appalachian culture.

Come and view David's artwork, instruments, and impact at Re.Imagine Gallery in Fairview!
