A big thank you to Fox 35 Orlando for its coverage of the Daytona Beach area on Friday, July 31 - WE made the cut! Thank you to Marley Capper and the whole team! (The Museum is at about the 30 minute marker)

FOX 35's Good Day Orlando hit the road and traveled to Daytona Beach to showcase all of the summer fun -- all within a 60 minute road trip from Orlando.

🎄 Heads up! The Halifax Historical Museum will close at 1:00 p.m. this Saturday (July 25) so we can celebrate our amazing volunteers with a little Christmas in July fun! 🎁

Our volunteers are the friendly faces who greet you, answer questions, help preserve local history, and make so much of what we do possible. They truly are the heart of our museum, and we're excited to spend the afternoon thanking them for their dedication.

Thank you for understanding, and we'll see you during our regular hours next week!
