Open season is finally here! We are now open daily with our first tour starting at 12:00 and our last tour starting at 4:00 through the summer.

The Clermont Museum will open next weekend.

We are needing a few more judges to help with our Montauk District of National History Day projects. Middle and High School students put togehter projects in different categories and are judged at regional competitions. Some of those students will move on to the State National History State and then some will move on to Nationals!

It is a fun day of interacting with students. No prior experience necessary, and you don't have to know all about history either.

Our local district competition is on March 19th, at NICC from 8-3. If you can help out with this let Hannah know!

Join us tomorrow from 11-3 for Christmas at Montauk with the Clermont Community Club. Santa will be here, the house is decorated, there will be an hourly drawing for Christmas hams, kids crafts, and Christmas goodies!

Meet Hudson Lourenço-Feld, our organist for our October 27th concert.

Hudson Lourenço-Feld is a Brazilian native of São Paulo. He completed his bachelor's degree in organ at The Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Porto Alegre, Brazil. In 2019, he earned a master’s degree at The University of Iowa. A professional organist, Hudson serves Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Cedar Falls, the First Congregational United Church of Christ of Waterloo, and Trinity Lutheran Church in Marshalltown. Also in Marshalltown, where he lives with his husband, Joe Lourenço-Feld, Hudson holds the title of Artist-in-Residence at St Paul's Episcopal Church, performing concerts in collaboration with other local artists and developing and producing events for the ARTS@STPAULS program throughout the year.

In his time off, Hudson enjoys biking, gardening, and cooking while listening to old vinyls. Also, going antiquing and exploring old churches is something Hudson is very passionate about, which led him to Clermont for the first time last year.
