Fall Product Program Gearing Up - Is your troop Ready????

Troop Fall Product Manager to assure has: Renewed/Registered, Complete Youth Protection Training, Completed on-line agreement https://gswo.jotform.com/form/210914531880150

Troop has completed updated Bank Form: https://girlscoutsofwesternohio.formstack.com/forms/troop_bankinformation

Timeline:
September 3: Recorded training for experience mgrs.

September 22: New mgr training – live @ 7 pm

October 2: Order taking begins

October 25: FALL PRODUCT MGRS begin to enter paper orders into system
Caregivers no longer able to do this step

October 28: All paper orders must be entered in system

October 29: Last day customers can order nuts & candy online for girl delivery

November 8: Last day customers can order ON-LINE items

November 9: Last day to enter rewards

November 12-14: Fall Product Pickup

December 7: Money deposited into troop account & unpaid funds forms due

December 14: GSWO will withdraw balance due to Council from troop account

Mid-December: Rewards will begin shipping to SU Fall Product Coordinator

Fall Product Incentives for troops that registered EARLY BIRD with at least 5 girls and 2 leaders (or 3 girls for CSA troops):

Early Bird troops with 3 girls selling with 10 item PGA = extra $.05/package of cookies
Early Bird troops with 3 girls selling with a 20 item PGA = free MY27 adult membership
Early Bird troops with 3 girls selling with a 30 item PGA AND have 60% of girls set up their M2 storefront and send at least 10 emails by October 8th.

October 8 = extra $.05/package of cookies (totaling $.10/package)

Troops that sign both fall product manager and cookie manager agreement form and participate in the fall program will get access to one early cookie booth sign up form.jotform.com/210914531880150

REMEMBER: For a troop to be eligible for Fall product or Cookie program, you need to complete updated bank form https://girlscoutsofwesternohio.formstack.com/forms/troop_bankinformation
