Don’t shun me for the AI video. I haven’t had a chance to put anything together and I found this hilarious. I am pretty sure it went wrong when I put in the prompts 😆

Finished!
"Unbroken"
24”x18”
Acrylic and acrylic texture

I was recently asked to paint horses running free. This was my take on the one they showed me….Four spirits, full stride, no reins.

Finished!
“Mi Amor”
36”x36”
Heavily textured acrylic on canvas.
Over 6lbs of acrylic heavy bodied texture has been applied. Such a journey…and tons of learning curves went into this piece. I’m super excited with the outcome and I am looking so forward to taking it to the next canvas. Already testing the blue hues. 😉

Meeko Meows whisker reconstruction surgery went well! Here’s the reveal… bandages coming off!

Meeko’s whiskers are back! 🥳

Meeko goes in for reconstructive surgery. 😷🩺🥼🙏
He was recently brave enough to go public with his new appearance after an unfortunate incident at a kitty spa where the chemical peal removed his whiskers. He has elected to have them reconstructed through a new modern day surgical procedure called ACBGlueX. (Better known as Artist Christi Barrett Glueing them back on)

The procedure went well accept the anesthesia hit before he could close his eyes. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Meeko is currently at home and resting. We will be able to see results by tomorrow. 🙂 check back 🙏

Meanwhile …while waiting on texture to dry on the other I posted this morning. I have gone back to one I started back in July. A large 3ft x 3ft canvas of loose florals. It already has at least 3 pounds of texture on it. I am now working on tinting and creating depth. Slow going but will really make a huge difference in the finish out.

Start of a new piece. Background color on and now I have texture on. Goodness I love playing with this stuff!
