After more than three decades since opening its doors in 1989, the International Boxing Hall of Fame is more committed than ever to its sacred mission of honoring the great sport of boxing by welcoming boxing fans throughout the entire year.
We are now at a point in time when we are seeing literal generations of families visiting and creating special and lasting boxing memories.
The passion that boxing fans have for the sport is why we strive day in and day out to serve our many visitors in an educational and entertaining manner.
With the off-season nearly upon us (November – March) and tougher rounds ahead the Hall of Fame is asking for your help by considering a monetary donation. Your donation will help offset the combination of rising utility expenses and cost of goods and services along with lower admission income and gift shop sales during the slower season. With your assistance we can fully meet the challenges of operating the museum.
“The boxing community has been so supportive and continually worked the Hall of Fame‘s corner throughout the years,” stated Hall of Fame Executive Director Edward Brophy “Together we have kept the magic alive in Canastota for all who love and are passionate about the sport of boxing.”
