I wonder if anyone else remembers Fred Zier AKA (Pork Chop) Back in the early 1960s my dad had bought a lot in Buffalo and was in the process of building a house. I use to walk down to the river and fish and met an older man that everyone called Pork Chop, he was an avid fisherman. In August of 1965 Fred was trying to recover some railroad ties from the river and fell in and drown.

Does anyone remember the first name of the man that ran Morris Royal Blue on front Street in Buffalo?
I am researching for any information on this picture of William Crawford's Drug Store? I'm assuming it was in Buffalo. William was my Great-Great-Grandfather on my mother's side. He was born in 1833 and died in 1922 and is buried at Rose Hill Cemetery in Buffalo. He and his 1st wife (Sara) adopted my Great-Grandmother as an infant. She was born in 1876. William was postmaster of Buffalo at one time, however, I do not have any dates. Thank you.
