The Great Oregon Steam-Up is the largest event at Powerland Heritage Park during the year and it involves all of the museums and many other participants. The Great Oregon Steam-Up occurs annually during the last weekend in July and first weekend in August. One of the unique aspects of the event is that most of the equipment is operating. A parade takes place each day at 1:30 pm and includes vintag

e tractors, trucks, and automobiles. The steam powered sawmill operates twice a day and the trolley tours the site perimeter all four days of the show. Hear about innovators and manufacturers of the past. Machines include farm tractors and implements, early engines, crawlers, fire apparatus, vintage trucks and cars, logging gear, an early Oregon flour mill, and an authentic steam sawmill. Rides include an historic trolley and a miniature railroad. Scheduled activities: Machinery demos, sawmilling, flour milling, fire apparatus demos, harvesting, kids pedal tractor pulling, traditional tractor pulling, and a Big Parade! Other Attractions: Blacksmithing, a country store, models, early electricity exhibit, miniature farm display, children's passport program, swap meet and flea market sales, country music, and great food! Powerland Heritage Park is open each year April - September (Closed October - March).

Sep 5: MAX 40th Anniversary at the Oregon Electric Railway Museum - A celebration of the 40th anniversary of the original MAX.

Sep 6: Willow Creek Railroad Open House! Free rides on 1/8th scale miniature trains! Free tours also available. Bring a picnic lunch!

Sep 18-20: Civil War Council Living History Event. Experience history firsthand with live demonstrations and storytelling! Learn about everything from medical procedures of the past to firing a cannon!

Sep 26: Heritage Auto Show by the Northwest Vintage Car and Motorcycle Museum. See incredible vintage automobiles and trucks.

Sep 26: 7th Annual Oregon Classic Antique Bicycle & Antique Motorcycle Swap Meet

🚛 THE BROOKS TRUCK SHOW IS THIS WEEKEND! 🚛

The Brooks Truck Show rolls into Powerland Heritage Park this Friday, August 21, and Saturday, August 22!

And Friday night brings something you don’t get to experience very often at Powerland: the park after dark! 🌙✨

At 9 PM Friday, hundreds of trucks will light up the night for NIGHT GLOW, creating an incredible scene of glowing lights, chrome, and big rigs throughout the show grounds. If you’ve never experienced Night Glow before, this is the year to see it!

👧 Kids 12 & under: FREE

Aug 14 & 15 - The No BS OBS Truck Show N' Swap (admission: $10. 10 and under free)

Aug 21 & 22 - Brooks Truck Show by the Pacific Northwest Truck Museum (admission: $15. 12 and under free)
