venture on the 1.5 acre Prairie! Climb hills and logs, weave through a willow tunnel, wade in a stream, build a dam, wander the prairie grass maze, and dig for dinosaur bones. Be careful not to wake up Mama and her baby boy Max, the only full size, permanent, animatronic T. rex in the United States.

✨️Meet the Staff Sunday: A***n✨️

Meet A***n Bunde, our Deputy Director!

A***n loves helping create a space where children and families can play, learn, and have fun together. Her favorite part of working at the Museum is seeing it become a place where kids feel valued, seen, and are encouraged to explore.

One of her favorite exhibits is the Cloud Climber, especially because her youngest recently found the courage to climb all the way to the top! ☁️

A few of A***n’s favorites:

• Animal: Red Panda

When she was little, A***n dreamed of being a singer! She also says the Café reminds her of her early days working in food and beverage.

We’re so lucky to have A***n’s leadership, care, and joy helping guide the Museum every day! 💜
