National Air Defense Radar Museum The National Air Defense Museum is built on the grounds of the Ohio Hi-Point Career Center, the former 664th AC&W/Radar Sqdn. in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

The museum will be housed in the former AN/FPS-26 tower, which is long-term leased from the OHPCC. The Air Force Radar Museum has but a single project - the establishment of the National Air Defense Radar Museum at the former 664th Radar Squadron at Bellefontaine, Ohio. The NADRM will be housed in the former AN/FPS-26 tower on the grounds of the Ohio High-Point Career Center. We currently have a lease for this tower for the next 25 years, and are in the process of budgeting our initial construction which will include, but not be limited to, running sewer, water & adequate power to the tower, sealing and insulating the lower floor(s) of the tower, installing walls, flooring and an entrance foyer. We will be proceeding on a floor-by-floor plan as funding permits. Your membership dues and/or donations are critical to our success.

This morning I met with Rick Fuller from Framing By Fuller..

Rick brought back the framed poster he did for the Iceland Reunion Group when they visited the museum!

Wow what a terrific job he did!

We look forward to getting it hung very soon within the museum! And Thank you to the Iceland Reunion Group for the artifact !

Today we had a large crowd visit the museum! Some were from
Columbus, Cincinnati, the Harrod area and central Ohio!
It appeared we had a couple car clubs that had made reservations earlier to tour. Others were visiting the area.
Nevertheless a great bunch of folks and very enthusiastic and interested in the history of not only the site but ALL
AC&W sites!

Good Afternoon to the 664th, our NADRM group and ALL of our other branch service veterans!

This afternoon we had a young couple stop in and visit the museum. They were traveling through and stopped by on their way to West Virginia.

Both were from Minnesota traveling this weekend!
They were very appreciative for the tour and enjoyed the history and the legacy of those whom served!

This afternoon we picked up bricks for the upcoming Iceland Group Reunion visit soon!



A Big Shoutout to C&A Engraving for the bricks they prepared for us! Always a pleasure doing business with these folks!

A little late but better late than never: A few months back we had visitors from the Cincinnati area.. Great folks to have met! Angie and Ben were passing through and stopped in to visit us, while here I presented them with one of our challenge coins...

Recently they sent one of their challenge coins from their local American Legion that they belong to as active supporters/ members!

I look forward to their return someday and WE look forward to the Iceland Reunion Groups visit coming up soon!!🇺🇸
