Today, we celebrate something truly extraordinary—250 years of American independence.

On July 4, 1776, our nation’s founders declared that freedom, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness were rights worth fighting for. For 250 years, generations of brave men and women have defended those ideals, making it possible for us to enjoy the freedoms we cherish today.

As we celebrate America’s 250th birthday, we remember those who came before us, honor those who continue to serve, and appreciate the blessings of living in this incredible country. Today is about family, friends, community, gratitude, and the enduring spirit that has made America strong for two and a half centuries.

🇺🇸 Happy Memorial Day Weekend from Goldfield Ghost Town 🤠☀️

Come spend the weekend with us! We will be OPEN Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 10 AM – 5 PM 🌵⛰️

Bring the family out to enjoy all the fun attractions around town including the Mine Tour ⛏️, Mystery Shack, Train 🚂, Zip Line 🎢, and Gold Panning 💰✨ There’s something fun for everyone to enjoy!

Spend the day exploring all the unique shops around town and make sure to stop by the Mercantile for homemade fudge 🍫, the Ice Cream Parlor for a sweet treat 🍦, and the Bakery 🥐 for some delicious options!

Great food 🍔, family fun 🤠, beautiful views of the Superstition Mountains, and memories waiting to be made all weekend long 🇺🇸

Goldfield Ghost Town is hiring for a full-time Maintenance position! 🛠️

Looking for someone who isn’t afraid of hard work and takes pride in what they do. If you like staying busy and working outdoors, this could be a great fit. ☀️

Requirements:
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must pass a background check
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items 💪
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions 🌵
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must be comfortable working around the public and maintain a professional attitude at all times

What the job includes:
• General maintenance and property upkeep 🧰
• Cleaning (bathrooms, trash, keeping the town clean) 🧹
• Basic construction tasks as needed
• Landscaping and outdoor work 🌿
• Running equipment when needed 🚜
• Helping keep the property looking its best for our guests

What we’re looking for:
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Someone who shows up ready to work ⏰

This is a full-time outdoor position in a historic, high-traffic tourist location. Every day is different, and there’s always something to do.

Pay depends on experience.
