We would like to thank everyone who came out to enjoy the sunshine and all the extra activities provided by our partners organizations. 📸 A look back at Spratt Church in 1921 with its congregation posing on its front steps. ⛪

Fast forward over a hundred years, and Spratt Church now rests in our historic village at the Besser Museum, still greeting people every year. The photo below is another throwback, taken from our roof in 2013 of Spratt Church nestled amongst the trees, surrounded by Fall Harvest Festivities.

We hope you get a chance to visit Spratt Church and the rest of the historic village this Saturday, October 3rd, from 12pm to 4pm. 🍂🍁

🍎SEASONAL TREATS (AJ's donuts for sale, hot dogs, apples)
So much to see & do: Carnival Games provided by Northeast Michigan Family Resource Center; United Way Imagination Playground; Great Lakes Fishing Heritage Exhibit & "fishy" activities ; Live sea lampreys, Katherine V & Chinook Research Vessel tours; TBNMS - VR shipwreck diving; Fossil hunting; Michigan Geological Survey display
Face painting & kids crafts; Tour the Historic Village - go inside the Church, School, Bank & Log Cabin. And so much more inside the museum to discover - Art, History & Science all in one place - it's more than exhibits, it's an experience!
