100 years ago. Ackley's Art Reinhart, pitched for the St. Louis Cardinals, in Game 4 of the 1926 World's Series. Though the Cardinals lost that game 10-5 to the New York Yankees, they did win Game 7 beating the Yanks 3-2. and winning the World Series!!
