磨石子是台灣傳統老房子常見的建築工藝，老家的磨石子地板更是許多台灣人的共同記憶，但因建築工法不斷創新、工匠們漸漸引退，磨石子逐漸消失，瀕臨失傳。
美麗的事物，永遠值得被保留下來，秉持一份對於回憶的初衷，我們開始了磨石子的系列計畫，我們細心調色攪拌、不斷打磨、拋光；再佐以時間靜靜等待，將那個年代所有美好凝結在這…��

“Do you still remember the cool, smooth terrazzo floor at your grandparents’ house?”
Terrazzo is a traditional craft commonly seen in older Taiwanese homes. For many people in Taiwan, the terrazzo flooring in their childhood homes is a shared and deeply rooted memory. Yet as building methods continue to evolve and skilled craftsmen gradually retire, terrazzo has slowly faded from everyday life, now standing on the brink of becoming a lost art.
Beautiful things are always worth preserving. With the desire to honour these memories, we began our terrazzo series. We carefully mix colours, stir the materials, polish and refine each piece; then allow time to do its quiet work, capturing all the beauty of that era within these creations.
