Thailand has a chocolate story most people haven't heard yet.

Siamaya has been telling it from Chiang Mai since 2017, working directly with northern Thai cacao farmers and paying well above the going rate for beans that are grown without pesticides or burning. The flavours in every bar come from the same regions as the cacao itself: northern fruits, hill tribe spices, ingredients that belong to this place. The packaging is illustrated by local artists. Nothing about this chocolate is an afterthought.
