นิติ วัตุยา ศิลปินที่ศึกษาค้นคว้าความรู้ทางศิลปะด้วยตัวเอง ได้สร้างสรรค์ผลงานที่ทำให้นำทองเกิดความประทับใจตั้งแต่แรกเห็น เช่น ภาพเรือเอี้ยมจุ๊นสีดำในแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา ซึ่งภาพนี้เชื่อมโยงกับประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวและสิ่งที่เขาเคยพบเห็น จนเขาติดตามผลงานของนิติ วัตุยาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
ผลงานจิตรกรรมของนิติ มีทั้งงานภาพนามธรรมที่ให้สีสันและการประสานกันของสี และงานทิวทัศน์ที่ถ่ายทอดบรรยากาศ ช่วงเวลา อารมณ์ความรู้สึกต่อสถานที่แห่งนั้น โดยฝีแปรงและสีที่จรดในงานช่วยสร้างมิติความลึกของชั้นบรรยากาศ นิติยังถ่ายทอดอารมณ์และความคิดเกี่ยวกับวิถีชีวิตที่เรียบง่าย ภาพสะท้อนสังคมชนบทและสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดูสงบในงานจึงเป็นแนวคิดที่ค่อนข้างแตกต่างไปจากสังคมปัจจุบัน ผู้คนต่างดิ้นรนให้ตนทันกับกระแสที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ดังนั้นผลงานของนิติจึงเป็นการบ่งบอกถึงตัวตนและความรู้สึกนึกคิดที่อยู่เหนือกระแสโลกาภิวัตน์

The Timeless Vision of Niti Wattuya
Niti Wattuya is a self-taught master whose work resonates with rare immediacy. For Numthong, the connection was instant, sparked by Niti’s depiction of a black Eiam Jun boat on the Chao Phraya River. This encounter, bridging personal memory with visual reality, began a lifelong dedication to the artist’s journey.
Niti’s practice moves fluidly between vibrant abstract harmonies and evocative landscapes. His works do more than document a view; they capture the "breath" and emotional weight of a place. Through layered pigments and expressive brushwork, he creates an atmospheric depth that draws the viewer inward.
