PESA Delegates attended the Dedication and Blessing of the IIEE Foundation Inc. Testing Laboratory (Performance Testing Laboratory) located at the 3rd Floor, Chua Kee Lin Hall PESA Building, Sampaloc, Manila.

We believe this facility will become an important resource for the industry—providing reliable testing services, promoting quality and safety standards.
This project has been a long time in the making and It is truly rewarding to finally see it come to fruition today. As two organizations with rich histories and a shared commitment to advancing the electrical industry, it is only fitting that our partnership continues to grow stronger in creating lasting value for the industry in the years to come. This testing laboratory reflects the shared vision and strong partnership between PESA and the IIEE Foundation.

Congratulations to everyone whose dedication and hard work made this project possible. May this facility serve as a center for learning, testing, research, and the continued advancement of the engineering profession.

PESA Cebu Chapter 15th Induction and Turnover Ceremony 2026 🎉

PESA Manila delegates, led by President Johan Chua and Chairman Peter Mangasing, were honored to join the 15th Induction and Turnover Ceremony of the PESA Cebu Chapter held on May 30, 2026, at Seda Ayala Center Cebu.

The event marked a significant milestone as the new set of officers formally assumed leadership, continuing the chapter’s commitment to service, excellence, and unity within the electrical and electronics industry.

PESA Main President Johan Chua served as the Induction Officer for the newly elected officers, formally ushering in the chapter's new leadership.

PESA Foundation Chairman Peter Mangasing delivered an inspiring keynote address, reminding members of the rich history, enduring traditions, and proud legacy of our beloved PESA.

Congratulations to Newly Inducted PESA Cebu President Roger Manglapus and their new sets of board of directors and officers. May your term 2026 to 2028 be guided by dedication, innovation, and a shared vision of strengthening the PESA family.

PESA Manila Delegates were warmly welcomed by PESA Cebu Chapter officers, led by President Joseph Ngo and Incoming President Roger Manglapus, upon their arrival in Cebu.

PESA Officers, headed by President Johan Chua and Chairman Peter Mangasing, arrived yesterday to attend the PESA Cebu Chapter Induction Ceremony on May 30,2026.

We thank the PESA Cebu Chapter Officers for their warm hospitality and unwavering commitment to PESA. We return to Manila with our hearts full, having gained not only wonderful memories but also many new friends from Cebu.
