Since its inauguration in May 2010, Altro Mondo has exhibited contemporary art from the Philippines and abroad. The gallery is also steadfast in its promotion of young, emerging Filipino artists along with the commercially and critically renowned. A quiet descent inward, where light and darkness are not opposites but entangled states of being. The void is not absence, but depth—carrying memory, hesitation, and what remains unresolved. Here, clarity is not found by escaping the dark, but by moving through it slowly. Light persists, even in its faintest form, shifting across monochrome spaces that hold both tension and stillness. Void Voyage is a process of staying with uncertainty, allowing fragments of past and present to surface, and trusting that meaning unfolds in its own time.
