What a magical AFTER HOURS at Museum Beelden aan Zee!
After closing time, the museum came to life in many ways. During the inspiring Art Talk, artist Rui Chafes, Catherine Grenier, Director of the Fondation Giacometti, and Brigitte Bloksma, Director of museum Beelden aan Zee, came together to discuss sculpture and the artistic practice of Alberto Giacometti and Rui Chafes.
The evening was accompanied by live music from Nina Witsenburg (piano), Elles Venhuizen (soprano), Nino Reijerkerk (trumpet) and Geert Pfeiffer (double bass) of Het Onzichtbare Museum.
Visitors also enjoyed a harp performance by Sara Brink Nielsen, a sound bath by the Sound Healing School and beats by DJ Clarence.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for this special event.
We look forward to welcoming you back for the After Hours X Christmas edition on Friday, 11 December.
Met dank aan de VriendenLoterij.
